Marion King ist spezialisiert auf Organisationsberatung. Sie coacht Teams, stellt neue zusammen, strukturiert und konzipiert Veränderungsprozesse. Ein hochsensibler Bereich in der Arbeitswelt. Gleichzeitig aber auch in der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung. Wie nähert man sich solchen Aufgaben? Wie fokussiert man etwas, was eigentlich unscharf ist und deshalb kaum wahrnehmbar? Ausgangspunkt war ein Fleck auf dem weissen Papier. Kaum sichtbar. Scheinbar nicht vorhanden. Aber doch emotional wahrnehmbar. Marion King ist spezialisiert darauf diesem unscharfen Punkt all ihre Aufmerksamkeit zu widmen, um, gemeinsam mit dem Gegenüber, eine wahrnehmbare Schärfe zu erreichen - erst dann findet Veränderung statt. Eine weitere Ebene ist die BILDWELT die zur Emotionalisierung beiträgt. √		Marion King is specialised in consulting communciation agencies. How to approach something like this? How can you bring in focus something that is actually blurred and therefor not perceived yet? When started developing the ident, we were in the same situation like she is all the time. There was something unsharp and our job is it to get it communicated. So we made our own problem to the subject itself. The blurred dot on a white sheet of paper. Somehow not there, but you can feel its subsistence. Marion King is trained in finding these dots, giving them all her attention and work together with her counterpart to get things clear and understandable. The base for alteration. Another part of the branding is the IMAGE WORLD we created to add an emotional appeal. √
